2014 Production in Full Swing

Rehearsals and preparations for the 2014 performance of Handel's Messiah are in full swing.  The chorus has been rehearsing for a couple of weeks and the orchestra strings have started as well.   The full orchestra will rehearse starting next week.

Both chorus and orchestra are still accepting members, high school age through adult.  If you'd like to join the chorus or the strings sections, come to Davis Middle School on Thursdays from 6-8.  Other orchestra members should contact Mary at evanstoncivicorchestra {at} gmail.com.

Vocal solo auditions are scheduled for October 16th at 5:00 at DMS.  See the website for more information.

We are looking forward to the performance, which is free and open to the entire community, on Sunday, December 14th at 6:00 p.m.  We will be having a reception following the performance.  Mark your calendars!
